Please send us your CV and an essay wherein you shortly explain why you think that it would be important for your personal and professional development to take part in WorldMUN. Submit it via email to application.worldmun@web.de no later than October 23 2007 (23h). Applications received after this deadline can not be considered.

Applicants will be asked to participate in a four-hour micro simulation on Sat. October 27 from 10h to 14h. A certain country is assigned to each participant. S/he has to represent the country's position on the topic of  "The protection of Human Rights of International Migrants". A description of the problem can be downloaded here. Given the amount of time participants have to prepare, they are not expected to conduct a scientific research on the question. Participants should rather show a basic understanding of the problem and a good feeling about how to apply the rules of procedure (important to download here).

Those who have presented themselves quite well in these stages will be invited to the individual interview with Prof. Christian Walter on Tuesday Oct. 30, during 9 -13h and possibly on Friday Nov. 2, during 9 -13h.
